Stages III IV OLGA/OLGIM considered high stages. Results. rate was 56.85% (112/197). High-risk cases rare: 7/112 (6.5%) in positive group 6/85 (7%) negative group; 5 (4.4%) 6 negative. proportion advanced stages increased with (p < 0.001). not found before 40 regardless pylori, but 16.2%, 10.3%, 17.3% 40.8% fourth, fifth, sixth seventh decade life respectively. showed a similar trend: 0% years up 22.6% people 70 years. Conclusions. are infrequent increase significantly age. No relation pylori. According these protocols, only fifth patients would strictly require endoscopic control.
